TERRAVALUE, a Service of Novinger Resources, Inc., provides AVMs or Automated Residential Property Valuation services and reports. With TerraSpider, our proprietary valuation software, we are able to deliver accurate and up-to-date valuations in a fraction of the time that is required to manually prepare them. By using TERRAVALUE ’s services, real estate agents and brokers, members of the mortgage and banking industry, and individual home owners are saving many hours of valuable time and obtaining accurate, up-to-date information.
With a launch date of May 17, 2010, TERRAVALUE is initially offering AVM’s (Automated Valuation Modules) for the 18 counties of Central Texas that are in the Austin Board of Realtors MLS coverage area. Stay tuned as we rapidly expand to serve all of Texas.
